In this video I feature the ME2 variation, but there are different variations including a different lavalier mic and one with a handheld mic. The AVX system is a secure and stable way to get high quality audio to go along with your video. The systen uses XLR connections but also comes with a 3.5mm to XLR adapter in case you need to plug into a camera or recorder that does not feature and XLR input. I’m a one person crew, so I need any help I can get, and after setting up the mic initially, I simply just plug it in, turn it on, and hit record and I’m good to go. The battery life on the transmitter and the receiver are great and the mic does a great job of picking up the speakers voice, even when it is just below the shot. The system does not have tight manual control of your audio levels, so if you like having precise audio levels this might not be for you. Overall I am very happy with the performance of the Sennheiser AVX System and would recommend it if you are looking for a high quality audio setup. It’s a bit pricey, but you are getting high quality products with a high quality sound. Thanks for watching!
